The Center routinely offers more than a dozen fitness classes and clubs each week, varying from Table Tennis to Tai Chi, Zumba, Fiber Arts, Write On Writers and Mah-Jongg. All of our instructor led courses are regularly available to members for a cost of only $7 a session.
This offer is for new attendees (members and non-members) to try classes/clubs and see if they like them. There is no better investment than the one we all make in our own personal health. What a way to start the new year!
